Liz Parry is the founder of Hamptons Swim, a mobile swim school serving the Hamptons and New York City. For over 20 years, Liz has been serving the swim community.
She is a certified teacher with over two decades of experience as a swim instructor and is a former college-level swimmer. Liz is a strong advocate of the Montessori philosophy, multi-sensory learning, and Play-Based practices. The Hamptons Swim curriculum incorporates her nearly two decades of teaching experience. From the basics to overcoming fears or perfecting your stroke, she will assist in making swimming safe and enjoyable.
Beyond swim instruction, Liz offers expert coaching and consulting services to parents, childcare providers, and swim instructing professionals looking to expand their knowledge or their team expertise surrounding water safety, training, and instruction.
Above all, she is passionate about swimming and loves teaching.
